SYNNEX NOC, SOC, and Help Desk will monitor and manage IT devices for rapid problem resolution and escalation where needed with 24/7/365 support.

Remote support through SYNNEX’ GoldSeal® Program provides you with peace of mind knowing we will remediate if issues arise. If SYNNEX cannot remediate issues remotely and must replace hardware, we’ll dispatch an engineer onsite to replace the device.

Ensure old hardware is taken care of securely and responsibly with SYNNEX’ IT Asset Disposal and Buyback program. Through the use of NIST and DOD approved data erasure and R2 certified recycling, we ensure data security and responsible recycling are at the forefront of asset disposal. Our Buyback program is focused on determining the value of unwanted hardware to help boost your margins or increase stickiness with your customers.
