Go to Administration > Pages > Add New panel.

In the right menu, click the “Page Parent” drop-down menu. The drop-down menu contains a list of all the Pages already created for your site.
3.
Select the appropriate parent Page from the drop-down menu to make the current Page a child Page.
4.
Add content to the subpage.
5.
Add a Feature Image. Image should be 300×300 (SQUARE)
6.
Click Publish when ready.
7.
Go to Appearance > Menus
8.
On the Left side under Pages, select the page you wish to add to the menu and click “Add to Menu”
9.
On the Right side under Menu Structure, find your new item at the bottom of the list and drag it to where you wish it to reside inside the menu. (Note: If the item is on the far left, it will be a main menu item. If the item is indented, it will be a child page of the item it is indented under.)
