June Road Map Call Updates — Pricing and MPG Changes

In July, both SA Preferred and SA Preferred Co-Delivery will have the same list price and be in the 5S MPG.

On Aug 6, beginning with Aura R8, all new major software releases will have a single support offer. SA Preferred in R8 will include both remote technical support and software upgrade entitlement in a single material code. Also on this date, the list price of SA Preferred Co-Delivery for R8 will be lowered and these material codes will be moved to a new MPG – 1J.

For the Westcon UCaaS Powered by Avaya IP Office offer, there are new dedicated MPGs. 1M will be the new MPG for IP Office and 2M is for IPOCC, ACCS for Powered by offers.

*A full list of impacted material codes with their MPG allocation and APL is included in your Advance Price notifications you can download from Avaya’s GPPC portal.

Other updates on the call included:

  • Automated Service Contract PO Request Portal
  • Improvements to main/remote linkage

A1S Configurator: Additional Features/Enhancements for CS1000 and BCM Migrations

There are updates to the way the Historical License screen transfers licenses migrating into CM and IPO such that the fields in CM and IPO screens linked to migrating Historical License values (identified by a red icon next to the input as shown in the screenshot below) will become ‘Read-Only’ values once the red icon has been clicked to import the value from the Historical License screen.

Returning to the Historical License screen to change the chosen amount of licenses to transfer will require the user to re-visit the CM/IPO inputs and re-click each red icon to update these inputs with the new value

Removing the ‘Read-Only’ feature on the CM/IPO inputs can only be done by removing the Historical License values. To do this, click the ‘Remove Migration’ button in the Historical License screen — Inputs on the CM/IPO screens can be used for migrating systems where install SW License values are not available through the Historical License link.

Returning to the Historical License screen to change the chosen amount of licenses to transfer will require the user to re-visit the CM/IPO inputs and re-click each red icon to update these inputs with the new value
