Krista Altman is the Business Development Manager for Windows Commercial Devices at TD Synnex. In her role, she is tasked with supporting our channel partners and internal teams on developing modern solutions with Windows 11.

Mitch has been with Microsoft for over ten years, with most of that time spent on sales, marketing, and sales enablement of Microsoft’s retail partners, where his passion for teaching and training evolved. Mitch’s time in retail provided a deep understanding of the voice of the customer and the importance it plays in the decisions Microsoft makes in bringing the best solutions to all users. This past summer, he joined the North America DPSS marketing team and brings his dynamic live virtual training events to the commercial space.
Partner Account Manager (PAM),
Microsoft
Nick Carnevale is a Partner Account Manager (PAM) on Microsoft’s Device Partner Solution Sales (DPSS) team. He provides strategic leadership across business segments, working in close cooperation with Microsoft’s Business Groups, Multinational and Local device partners, and Distributors to market and sell an assortment of Windows devices and Microsoft products and services through our Commercial sales engines. His focus lines of business are Windows devices and licensing, Office/Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Server.
