Field Sales Executives
The field sales executive is available to manage and enhance the reseller & SYNNEX relationship and will assist with: training needs; identifying and leveraging key HP personnel for out-of-territory exceptions; face-to-face meetings with HP product and sales support resources; navigating HP direct account teams; coordinating end-user training events; and expediting quote requests, escalations, and priority allocations. The field sales executives will also act as the primary interface to our Product Management and Marketing groups, and manage other business-development activities as required to provide incremental business to you.

Product Sales Specialist
SYNNEX will make available to you Product Sales Specialists who focus on storage, servers, software, and HP networking and services needs, and who will also assist with specific HP Enterprise Group product opportunities. Product Sales Specialists are available 12 hours per day, covering all U.S. time zones. These highly skilled specialists are certified and can train your sales and technical teams as well as conduct end-user training on the benefits of HP storage and services, including day-1 contracts, uplift services, and renewals. This team of Product Sales Specialists will also introduce SYNNEX and HP programs and initiatives to your resources to help grow these respective product areas, or collectively as the HP Converged Infrastructure message.

Solution Architects & System Engineers
For more complex configurations and/or technical assistance, our HP-certified Solution Architects and Systems Engineers are available for solution verification, to support opportunities in real time, and to participate in and support the technical discussion between you and your customer.
SYNNEX has a demo center located in our Greenville, SC facility to be used for customer engagement. The Demo Center allows us to demonstrate HP’s cloud vision in a tangible way for partners and their customers with a private cloud solution.

Business Development/Product Management
The SYNNEX HP Business Development team in conjunction with our HP Product Management team can provide support and expertise in a number of areas.
