SYNNEX has been made aware of a series of fraudulent offers, or scams, for SYNNEX employment. The scammers falsely claim to be representatives of SYNNEX, recruiting potential employees on behalf of SYNNEX. Such scams may request applicants to send their application, resume or CV to an illegitimate email address or fax number. Do not respond to unsolicited business propositions and/or offers of employment from people with whom you are unfamiliar and never disclose your personal or financial details.
SYNNEX does not accept job applications via email or fax, and we never ask for money or to purchase equipment as part of the application process. All communications from SYNNEX will be from a @synnex.com, @hyvesolutons, or @westcon-comstor email address only.
The SYNNEX Corporation Career web site provides job postings for potential new candidates and current employees of SYNNEX. Candidates are required to fill out the on-line application in its entirety, for each job posting as instructed. All candidates invited to interview with SYNNEX and / or its subsidiaries will first be contacted directly by a SYNNEX Human Resources Recruiter or the Hiring Manager via email or phone to set up an interview for the job position under consideration. Skype for Business is the only platform used for online interviews. At no time will interviews be conducted via chatrooms or other similar platforms.
During the recruiting process a candidate WILL NOT be asked for any personal information other than contact information to facilitate recruitment; limited to email address, phone number and/or state of residence to ensure the organization is legally able to hire within the state. Candidates will be advised of additional background check details from the SYNNEX Recruiter.
