The purpose of this program is to reward you and invest back into your business to accelerate further results.

Eligibility

  • This program is available to Invited Surface and Hub Authorized customers only.
  • To earn any or all the incentives, combined sales need to be a minimum of $25,000 during the promotional period.
  • The Partner can WIN both the COA/Surface Studio 2+ and Surface Pro 9 if the terms and conditions are met. If the Partner has only one (1) person driving sales, they will only qualify for the COA/Surface Studio 2+ portion of this promotion and not the secondary incentive.

Terms and Conditions

TD SYNNEX and/or Microsoft reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all aspects of this promotion at their own discretion. By participating or accepting the SPIFF/ COA, giveaway, the participant has granted TD SYNNEX Canada’s marketing permission to use their full names, company name and associated logos respective of any communications in relation to the promotion. This contest shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law. Standard TD SYNNEX Terms and Conditions and privacy information policy apply (including the below):

  • An invited list of fifteen (15) Surface Authorized Partners is eligible to earn this incentive during the program period set out below. All other customers are excluded.
  • Eligible period: January 1 to May 31, 2023
  • There will be no incentives earned for June 2023 sales.
  • Sales reporting will compare sales from July 1 to November 30, 2022, with sales that will transact between January 1 to May 31, 2023.
  • Earn 4% on COA for all combined Surface sales over $25,000 during the promotional period. Capped at $2,700.
  • Any caps outside this rule will be announced at the beginning of the program.
  • Any easing of the rules may be announced any time within the program period.
  • Bonus Partner Kicker! Qualify to WIN one (1) Surface Studio 2+, valued at $5,959 in a random draw when final transact Surface sales are +5% increase over comparison period of July 1 to November 30, 2022
  • Double Bonus Internal Sales Kicker! This is open to all internal Partner Salespeople only. WIN one (1) of fifteen (15) Pro 9 valued at $2,159, to be WON by the TOP Partners’ salesperson who has sold the most Surface products during the promotional period. This is open to the Partners with an internal sales team with at least one salesperson in addition to the person who is driving sales to earn the COA/Surface Studio 2+. The Partner will be required to provide a report by salesperson and include purchase date, product name, sku # and price upon request at the end of this promotional period as proof of the winning salesperson. A combined total of Surface Sales must be over $25,000 during the promotional period to qualify.
  • The Partner can WIN both the COA/Surface Studio 2+ and Surface Pro 9 if the terms and conditions are met above to qualify. If the Partner has only one (1) person driving sales, they will only qualify for the COA/Surface Studio 2+ portion of this promotion.
  • Access to Demo Devices at up to 50% off MSRP for Partner internal usage
  • Incentive earnings will be processed via Credit on Account (Master TD SYNNEX Canada account #)
  • Sales are based on the Surface PC & HUB portfolio. Spiff will be paid on all Sku’s under V#1214 and V#1215. Surface B (CPO) do not qualify.
  • Orders must be invoiced and shipped during promotional period; backorders do not qualify.
  • To receive payments for a partner spiff, participant must be an active TD SYNNEX partner for the complete term of the spiff. No payments will be made for any spiffs still open, active, or ongoing at the time of departure regardless of order placement date.
