Surface Commercial Channel Expansion

Microsoft Surface has expanded access to their products to all Canadian Resellers through TD SYNNEX. All TD SYNNEX customers can now buy Surface devices, Accessories and Surface Hub without being Authorized. However, if you wish to attach a Warranty or want to submit a Deal Registration, you’ll need to enroll to be an Authorized Surface Partner. Click here to start the enrollment process.

Already an Authorized Surface Partner?

If you are already a DMP, Silver or Gold Level Authorized Surface Partner, you have until June 30, 2023, to renew your Terms and Conditions with Microsoft. If your renewal is not received prior to June 30^th, you will be renewed as the Breadth Level with restricted access to promotions and incentives. What is Deal Registration?

We can help you submit your deal registrations to Microsoft. To qualify, your company must be an Authorized Surface Reseller in Canada and the opportunity must be at least 50 devices per customer (can be purchased all at once, or over a 9-month period), accessories and warranties are not included. All requests are subject to Microsoft’s approval with 24-48 hours SLA.
